Required Qualifications

  • Several years of experience providing technical support in a corporate or professional environment.
  • Experience delivering in-person end-user support and resolving a broad range of technical issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience deploying and supporting end-user computing devices.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple requests, and work independently.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and user satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise technologies in areas such as:

  • Productivity and collaboration platforms
  • Identity and access administration
  • Endpoint management solutions
  • Virtualization technologies
  • Networking concepts and infrastructure
  • Security and endpoint protection tools
  • Enterprise hardware environments
  • Monitoring and management platforms
  • Backup and recovery solutions
  • Unified communications technologies

Relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Additional Information

  • This position requires working onsite at the Houston-area office.
  • Occasional flexibility may be needed to support maintenance activities or urgent technical situations outside standard business hours.
