Title: Executive Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executives’ calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization and seamless stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide end-to-end travel and expense support, including booking arrangements and reimbursement processing.
  • Organize and support meetings and corporate events, including preparation of materials and logistical coordination.
  • Act as a key liaison to facilitate smooth communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support, including documentation, procurement, invoicing, and project assistance.


Job Requirements

  • More than 6 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Japanese language skills are required to communicate internally and externally.


Other Information

  • Salary: S$8,000-12,000 (depends on experience)
  • Variable Bonus
