Assist to develop and implement Healthier SG and AgeWell SG initiatives, conduct trials to identify gaps and refine workflows as needed, to implement customised outreach models
Serve as the primary point of contact for these stakeholders to address concerns about implementation challenges, request for data and information, and provide ground feedback on health policies to AIC and MOH divisions
Prepare communication materials tailored to the perspective of stakeholders, including but not limited to, developing agendas, engagement strategies and customised pitch deck, for targeted engagement with Healthcare Clusters / public sector agencies and/or private entities
Ensure feedback and requests of stakeholders are responded to within agreed timescales
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance processes and change management
Provide insights, relevant data, feedback etc aimed at improving SOPs, operational efficiency, resource optimisation and improving customer experience
Assist to perform any other ad hoc project and duties assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of related working experiences, preferably in Healthcare industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsive and adaptive to a dynamic working environment.
