Technical Customer Interface: Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries, managing prototype activities, coordinating customer engineering requests and customer specific requirements.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee overall product activities, including tape-out, Work-In-Progress (WIP) tracking, qualification, and EOL.
System Ownership: Act as the Tapeout System (VSMC Online) owner, providing customer(s) access to VSMC Information (Tech. Roadmap, ESH…), Technical Docs, Tapeout & Mask Service and Production Information.
Production Coordination: Interface with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introductions (NPI), multi-project wafer (MPW) runs, and planning schedules to meet committed delivery dates.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular Business & Operation Review Meetings (BRM/ORM/QBR) and monitor customer scorecards and satisfaction metrics.
Quality & Engineering Change: Manage non-conformance events, concessions, and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) in communication with customers.
Technical Alignment: Align customer products with VSMC's technology roadmaps and process capabilities.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
Experience: > 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, preferably with knowledge of process integration, device engineering, or product engineering.
Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a strong customer-service mindset.
