Overview
Drive end-to-end hardware program execution for the AI Factory pod (Reality Labs, Wrist Hardware), with deep factory-floor and overseas contract-manufacturer experience in China.
Responsibilities
- Own program schedules, build planning, and milestone tracking across EE, PD, test, and manufacturing.
- Coordinate contract-manufacturer execution at Huaqin and other China CMs -- builds, PRQ, and on-line tooling deployment.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, risk tracking, and crisp, exec-ready status reporting.
- Manage dependencies across the AI Factory tooling (triage, inspect, SOP, dashboard) and the wrist programs it serves (Ceres2, Coop).
- Travel to China around key builds.
