Support clients’ activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individual care needs
Assist nurses and therapists in routine care, including monitoring of vital signs
Support daily daycare programmes and prescribed therapeutic activities
Assist with feeding, personal hygiene, mobility, medication assistance, and simple wound care (under supervision)
Monitor cognitive and behavioural changes and escalate concerns appropriately
Report adverse incidents, support investigations, and escalate feedback or complaints
Perform housekeeping, equipment cleaning, inventory support, and basic administrative duties
Comply with SOPs, infection control, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
Work under supervision, commit to shift work, and uphold professional and ethical conduct
Participate in training, meetings, and organisational initiatives
Each staff member is responsible for recognising potential risks related to their role and for supporting Ren Ci Hospital’s efforts to manage those risks effectively
Job Requirements
Minimum O‑Level or N‑Level qualification preferred
No professional qualifications or licensure required
Experience in geriatric care, long‑term care, or nursing home settings is an advantage but not mandatory
Dependable and a good team player
Compassionate, patient, and able to communicate with empathy
Committed to serving clients regardless of race, nationality, religion, or social status
Able to uphold the dignity, values, and interests of the organisation
Cooperative and supportive in delivering community‑based care
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced or stressful environment
