Role Overview
We are seeking experienced
Node.js Developers to provide expert input and feedback on backend engineering tasks. Your work will help train next-generation AI systems by analyzing real-world code, identifying best practices, and documenting technical insights. No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to evaluate code accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Code Review: Critique and refine code samples, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify key development patterns and strategies.
- Scenario Evaluation: Assess backend workflows to help models learn robust, maintainable solutions.
- Documentation: Record insights, edge cases, and technical considerations in clear written form.
- Communication: Translate complex backend concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
