What You’ll Do

Customer Management

  • Proactively manage client orders and requirements to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Warehouse, Production, Quality)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting style to achieve desired outcomes

Quality & Accuracy

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions and processes
  • Maintain a strong quality-focused mindset in daily operations

Compliance & Governance

  • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and ISO Standards
  • Ensure all activities comply with RDC operational requirements

Administration & Reporting

  • Conduct regular client performance reviews and track KPIs
  • Prepare monthly reports and documentation
  • Respond to stakeholders queries promptly
  • Maintain proper electronic records (e.g., POs)
  • Provide backup support to team members when required

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in logistics, or supply chain operations
  • At least 2 years of proven hands-on SAP experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
