🌟 We're Hiring: HR Ops Admin! 🌟

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, employee support, and HR systems management while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset to effectively support employees, HR Business Partners, recruiters, and various internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, from receipt of signed employment contracts through pre-employment documentation, system setup, and onboarding coordination.
  • Administer employee offboarding activities, ensuring timely processing of resignations, terminations, system updates, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and perform HR administrative tasks across various HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
  • Support HR operations related to insurance enrollment, medical benefits administration, employee share programs, government surveys, and other employee benefit processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely support and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Raise and monitor HR system tickets, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as employment verification letters, confirmation letters, and other employee correspondence.
  • Generate and maintain HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting business and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information while adhering to company policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, recruiters, payroll, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes and operational efficiency.


What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable interacting with employees and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly:
    • Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas)
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is highly advantageous, although candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience supporting retail operations or working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to effectively support and communicate with a retail workforce and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • IHRP certification or other relevant HR certifications is an advantage.
