We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer who can comfortably navigate both technical discussions and business conversations. Someone who can explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way and help stakeholders understand the impact of technical decisions.
The role & the team:
You will join a team responsible for delivering high-quality software aligned with business, technical, and quality requirements. The main focus of the team is to ensure stable, scalable, and effective technological solutions.
What will you do:
- Develop software according to guidelines to deliver solutions that meet project and business requirements.
- Ensure the high quality of developed applications to maintain high reliability, stability, and readability of the code.
- Apply internal software development standards to maintain the consistency, security, and further development of systems.
- Design and analyze application architecture to create scalable, modular, and efficient solutions for smooth IT product growth.
- Propose development directions for applications to improve system performance and increase business value for stakeholders and end-users.
Technical skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java development
- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases
- Ability to design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to identifying improvements and proposing effective solutions
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas, decisions, and outcomes
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business teams and developers
- Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to share knowledge, participate in workshops and pair programming sessions, and support the team in achieving common goals.
- Good command of Polish, allowing for effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
