Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Program Management, Process Management, or Software Delivery.
Experience delivering complex technical programs within cloud or software engineering environments.
Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.
Experience working in organizations that use agile methodologies for software delivery.
One or more relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach) preferred.
Technical Domain Knowledge (Hands On Coding Not Required)

The role requires sufficient technical depth to facilitate architecture and system discussions, reviews, and go live activities, including experience in one or more of the following:
Major public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)? Vulnerability management and remediation
Application security, Automation and CI/CD tools and practices, Public cloud security practices and services
