About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated mid-level Web Developer to join our fully remote team. Reporting directly to the Website Development Manager, this role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing client websites using Webflow and WordPress platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of professional experience in client-facing web development, with a proven ability to take projects from initial brief to final launch with minimal supervision. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth, allowing the right candidate to expand their skill set into more complex projects, including advanced platform integrations and new technologies. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with designers, account managers, and other team members to deliver accessible, responsive, and high-performance websites that meet client specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional web development experience in a client-facing or agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS collections, dynamic templates, interactions, and publishing workflows
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, including custom theme development, plugin customization, Gutenberg, and ACF
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for reading, modifying, and debugging scripts
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to estimate project timelines and scope work based on client briefs
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues proactively
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain websites for clients in Webflow and WordPress platforms
- Configure CMS collections, create dynamic templates, and implement custom interactions
- Develop and modify WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs
- Perform ongoing site updates, plugin management, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple client accounts
- Collaborate with designers to translate visual concepts into accessible, pixel-perfect web experiences
- Work closely with account managers to understand client requirements, scope projects, and provide accurate timeline estimates
- Proactively communicate project status, flag potential blockers early, and ensure timely delivery
- Optimize websites for SEO, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and WCAG accessibility standards
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, debugging, and prototyping processes
- Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies in Webflow and WordPress development
