Job Description

Daily data entry for returns parcels
Research on streamlining outbound operations in a more economical and efficient way
Coordinate with external teams (e.g. Customer Service, Business Development) and implement actions defined for operational excellence
Make decisions on disposal methods for return parcels based on the types of parcels
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements

GCE O Level and above
Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.)
Responsible and positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail and understanding on business implications
Ability to pick up new skills promptly and proactively
Able to work in a warehouse for night shift: Mon - Fri, 9pm to 6am (weekends maybe included)
Able to work in the West area of Singapore
