About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Application Security Architect to join our team remotely from India. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing secure-by-design engineering practices across enterprise applications. You will lead the integration of advanced application security measures, DevSecOps methodologies, and AI-enabled security automation into large-scale software development pipelines. Your expertise will help shape the security architecture of our enterprise platforms, ensuring they are resilient against evolving cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a passion for secure software engineering, AI-powered security solutions, and enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and automated security workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a strong focus on Application Security and DevSecOps.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Hands-on experience with security testing tools including SAST, DAST, and SCA.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate application security tools into enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of secure coding practices, secure code reviews, and security automation.
- Experience in architecting and automating security workflows independently.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and enterprise application security standards.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Experience with AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Multi-Agent Systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer AI-enabled secure code scanning capabilities and Golden Images to enhance security posture.
- Develop and automate secure coding patterns to ensure best practices are embedded into development workflows.
- Integrate application security measures into traditional SDLC and Agentic SDLC workflows to facilitate continuous security assurance.
- Architect and implement continuous security scanning solutions across enterprise CI/CD platforms, ensuring seamless integration and automation.
- Optimize security tools to minimize false positives, thereby improving developer experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed reviews of complex Java and Python applications, providing actionable, code-level remediation guidance.
- Create automated security runbooks and workflows within DevSecOps pipelines to streamline security operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to promote a security-first mindset and ensure secure-by-design principles are adopted from the outset of development projects.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI security, multi-agent systems, and emerging threats to continuously enhance security strategies.
