What The Role Is
You will serve as the formation's principal integrator for Military Expert (ME) manpower execution, translating manpower policy, workforce data, and ground realities into coherent and executable manpower options that sustain formation readiness.
What You Will Be Working On
- Manage integrated HR delivery for Military Expert (ME1 to ME3) personnel across multiple units
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, postings, performance management, training and career development, discipline, and sponsored studies
- Manage exit management and interview board coordination
- Oversee governance for specialised compensation components within the Military Expert community
Challenge(s) - Managing a large and diverse personnel community across multiple units
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Human Resource, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in people engagement, career development, succession planning, and performance management is preferred
- Good conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative and proactive mindset in improving work processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of work concurrently
