Your tasks
- Responsible for technical and quality issues in process, raw materials and customer complaint in shorter time with effective and corrective action
- Responsible for implement continue improvement program in quality improvement, Lead time reduction, cycle time reduction, process and method continue improvement
- To build and improve cable test system for new project, make instructions for product measurement with good experience on High and low frequency test equipment
- Establish and update Assembly instruction, process procedure, safety instruction and related documentation for new and existing RF product
- Monitor and control quality performance throughout the manufacturing process of sample making and mass production
- Create new RF assembly and set up proper process time in SAP system, maintain them according to ECN
- Responsible for design/source production tools, jigs/fixtures. Maintain and update tooling inventory
- Work as the player to coordinate CATS be closed between Production Line, QE and Planner
- Prepare and implement related quality tool and documents such as SPC, PFEMA, MSA and control plan for RF product
- Provide required training to production staffs to upgrade production knowledge and skill
Your profile
- University degree in communication or electronics & mechanical engineering related
- 3+ years' experience of process engineering work
- Good command of computer skill such as CAD, office, outlook, etc.
- Good English skill in reading and writing.
