Responsibilities

Job Description

Prepare and submit product catalogues, technical data, shop drawings, method statements, and O&M documents to the client.
Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management.
Provide simple daily reports on work status and report to management.
Responsible for all site matters and documentation for assigned sites.
Ensure site work is on schedule and in accordance with the scope of the contract.
Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
Participate in all testing and commissioning activities with sub-contractors, main contractors, and consultants.
Conduct training for clients before project handover.

Requirements

Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge in ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Works) is an advantage.
