Senior Boarding Services Executive

UWCSEA East is looking for a Senior Boarding Services Executive to join the Boarding team with an anticipated start date of 22 September 2026. Collaborating with residential leadership, you will seamlessly balance logistical excellence—including finance, procurement, and travel coordination—with essential pastoral care for an exceptionally diverse group of adolescents. You will champion a warm, human-centric environment where every student feels a deep sense of belonging.

The Day-to-Day

• Manage daily boarding house operations, including travel arrangements, visa processing, student pass procedures, finances, and procurement.
• Partner closely with a Houseparent to deliver compassionate pastoral care and implement the experiential residential life curriculum for 35–40 students.
• Coordinate student medical needs and directly accompany boarders to healthcare appointments and specialist visits.
• Liaise extensively across internal departments and maintain clear, supportive communication with international families regarding student administrative needs.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, inventory tracking, and term-break shutdowns or openings during the summer holiday periods.

The Details

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant educational or social discipline, or a postgraduate qualification with over 5 years of boarding experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a student-facing boarding or educational environment, with a firm grasp of adolescent development and safeguarding practices.
• Exceptional English communication, strong tech proficiency in Google Workspace, and the flexible mindset required to manage diverse operational portfolios.
