✅ AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence
✅ Enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP, LDAP, MID Servers)
✅ Technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management
✅ ITIL-aligned process transformation and continuous improvement

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA (Mandatory)
