You are part of a team that formulates strategy and plans to transform the way MINDEF delivers digital services to our internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Be Working On
Develop Service Delivery (SD) digital masterplan and roadmap
Oversee SD Operations Support Information Technology (OSIT) budget and product portfolio
Conduct research on tech developments and identify opportunities to deploy relevant digital solutions to improve SD, in particular through the use of ready-made Whole-of-Government (WOG) products
Perform regular reviews of existing SD products, inclusive of user research, to ensure that they are meeting user needs and business objectives
Challenge(s)
Implementing cost-effective digital solutions while ensuring they meet diverse user needs across MINDEF/SAF employees and NS population
What We Are Looking For
Education in Information Technology/Systems or Business Consulting is preferred
Understanding of tech developments, digital products, UX research, product management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Presentation capabilities
Collaboration expertise
Relationship-building skills
Cross-team working ability
