Purpose of Role
To support the execution of Group Corporate Affairs’ communications and engagement initiatives by contributing to content production, administrative coordination, event support, and stakeholder/database management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in basic video content production and editing for internal and external communications.
- Provide administrative support, including invoice processing, expense tracking, filing and other administrative tasks.
- Support department-organised activities, meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics coordination and follow-up.
- Maintain and update stakeholder and departmental databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct simple research and support the preparation of briefing materials and content.
- Provide general support across Corporate Affairs workstreams as required.
Qualifications And Experience
- Polytechnic diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of written English, with the ability to draft content clearly.
- Familiarity with video editing tools or content creation platforms is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance video or content development will be viewed favourably.
