[What the role is]
The internship is timed to capture the most exciting and intensive phase of Chingay's production calendar — spanning production planning, rehearsal coordination, and foreign performing groups engagement, all the way through to the live parade and post-event close-out.
Interns will be hands-on contributors working alongside experienced professionals at every stage of the journey. Beyond technical skills, the internship aims to cultivate in each intern a strong sense of cultural awareness, professional adaptability, and the confidence to take on real responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
