Adecco is partnering with Tech MNC to look for an UC Operations Engineer (Tech MNC), who provides end-to-end support for Unified Communications (UC), AV, and telecommunications systems by deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing meeting room technologies while delivering technical support for hybrid meetings and driving AI-enabled automation and system reliability.
The Talent
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Unified Communications, Audiovisual (AV), or Telecommunications support.
Experience supporting meeting room technologies, video conferencing platforms, and enterprise collaboration environments.
Knowledge of AV system deployment, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and project implementation.
Nice to Have
AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certifications are preferred.
Job Description
Support the implementation and refresh of meeting room, collaboration, and telecommunications systems for new office projects.
Review room designs and ensure compliance with global AV standards.
Coordinate the procurement, installation, commissioning, and testing of AV and telecom equipment with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Provide technical support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings, including webinar configuration, AV equipment operation, and in-meeting facilitation.
Monitor and troubleshoot meeting room and telecom systems, responding to incidents and coordinating issue resolution.
Implement AI-driven monitoring, preventive maintenance, and self-healing capabilities to improve system reliability and automate end-user support.
Maintain project documentation, update service tickets, and communicate project and incident status to stakeholders.
