• Defining global engineering strategy and long-term roadmap for Chemical systems.
• Establishing company-wide standards, policies, and design frameworks.
• Leading complex, high-impact global programs and initiatives.
• Providing executive-level technical guidance and decision support.

What you already have...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline (Master’s/PhD preferred).
• Minimum 18+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or facilities engineering.
• Deep expertise in global Chemical and Slurry system design and operations.
• Proven experience in setting engineering standards and frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge in large-scale infrastructure projects and system architecture.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety systems.
