About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, thrives on organization, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

You will work closely with Operations, Project Management, and field installation crews to ensure documentation, scheduling, and operational processes stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory records and maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure all job documentation is completed and updated daily.
  • Maintain safety documentation, photo uploads, surveys, and daily work orders.
  • Track and update operational metrics and reporting.
  • Assist with scheduling installation crews.
  • Act as the liaison between the Operations and Project Management teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in operations, construction coordination, logistics, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments and personalities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Construction or manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
