Job Description
- Define and enforce SAP ABAP development, integration (PI/PO/CPI), portal, and security standards
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery for S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and selected non-SAP systems (e.g., iValua, CCH Tagetik)
- Own the enterprise integration strategy and a 3-year technology roadmap
- Lead a global AMS team across in-house and offshore setups
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure SLA adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery with minimal defects
- Provide governance, review technical designs, and act as the subject matter expert
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 6 years of SAP development experience (ABAP/FIORI/HANA, PI/PO/CPI)
- Strong consulting background with hands-on delivery across at least 3 major SAP implementation projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead hybrid teams and define technical standards
- Familiarity with non-SAP enterprise tools (e.g., iValua, Tagetik) is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
