Join a team of procurement professionals and work closely with NYP stakeholders on the procurement of a wide range of goods and services.
[What you will be working on]
Procure goods and services for all Schools, Corporate Departments and CET centres through quotations [eg. Small Value Purchase (SVP), Direct Contracting (DC), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Invitation-to-Quote (ITQ)]
Uphold strong documentation and record-management standards to support transparent and compliant procurement processes.
Adhere to established government procurement policies and procedures (Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement).
Provide support for additional job-related tasks and projects as assigned.
[What we are looking for]
Proven working experience with government procurement, and familiar with Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement, GeBIZ, and Workday is preferred
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good analytical and logical thinking skills, meticulous and with an eye for details
Good team player, self-driven and service-oriented
Able to multitask and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under tight timeline
