Develop catalog items, workflows, forms, and portals Build case management workflows Enable omni-channel support (portal, chatbot, email) Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs Automate service processes to improve efficiency Gather and translate business requirements into solutions Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting Monitor performance and recommend improvements
