You lead a team to manage and oversee the development of Psychological Defence capabilities and provide comprehensive psychology support along a peace to war continuum.
What You Will Be Working On
Plan and employ qualitative and quantitative methods for evidence-based diagnostics
Provide professional advice and expertise to enhance individual, team, and unit psychological readiness
Improve organisational effectiveness through psychological interventions
Lead on best practices in job/appointment assessment
Build expertise in psychological interviewing and individual profiling
Plan, design, and implement pre, post, and during operations assessment systems
Provide immediate crisis management for critical incidents

What We Are Looking For
Education in Psychology
At least 6 years of relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to liaise, consult, and negotiate with commanders
Skill in establishing partnerships and collaborations with internal and external agencies
Independent thought and innovation
Maturity in decision-making and advice-giving
You may be required to periodically travel overseas for work.
