You will contribute to business growth by engaging with existing and new clients to understand their soundproofing and noise control needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with existing clients to assess their soundproofing and noise control requirements and propose effective solutions
- Develop new client relationships by researching potential markets and presenting our services to meet their sound and room comfort objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the design, supervision, and installation processes ensuring client satisfaction and project success
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to clients to maintain transparency and trust
- Support the continuous improvement of service delivery by gathering client feedback and recommending enhancements
