· Accountable for shaping the client experience, brand positioning, and engagement strategy for the High Net Worth business.
· Designs and executes premium client experiences, thought leadership events, strategic partnerships, and bespoke engagement programmes.
· Acts as the custodian of the HNW client journey and brand experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience Strategy
· Define and execute the HNW client experience strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Design differentiated client journeys tailored to the high-net-worth segment
· Establish service standards and engagement frameworks that support a premium proposition.
· Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve experience outcomes.
Brand Building & Positioning
· Develop and strengthen the HNW brand proposition in the market.
· Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to create targeted HNW campaigns.
· Ensure consistency of premium branding across all client-facing channels and events.
· Support thought leadership initiatives and market positioning efforts.
Events & Client Engagement
· Conceptualise and execute exclusive client events, networking sessions, seminars, wealth management forums, and lifestyle experiences.
· Design and execute engagement programmes for key broker and distribution partners, in addition to direct HNW client engagement — ensuring Singlife HNW maintains strong mindshare and preference among priority intermediaries.
· Manage event budgets, vendors, agencies, and strategic partnerships.
· Curate experiences that deepen client relationships and enhance loyalty.
· Build relationships with luxury brands, private clubs, family offices, wealth ecosystems, and strategic partners.
· Identify partnership opportunities that elevate the Singlife HNW value proposition.
· Negotiate and manage sponsorship arrangements, co-branded initiatives, and experiential programmes.
Client Insights & Analytics
· Develop segmentation and engagement strategies for different client groups.
· Own the HNW engagement KPI framework and report against activation metrics, providing strategic recommendations to the MD HNW and leadership team
Stakeholder Management
· Work closely with HNW Business Development, Wealth Specialists, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
· Support client events and prospecting activities alongside the business and advisers.
· Act as the central coordinator for HNW client engagement initiatives.
Key Requirements
Experience
· 8–12 years' experience in HNW or private wealth client engagement within financial institutions — specifically private banking, wealth management, insurance, or asset management
· Track record of connecting client engagement programmes to measurable business outcomes — including pipeline conversion, policy acquisition, or client retention metrics — on top of event attendance and satisfaction scores
· Strong understanding of HNW client expectations and relationship management.
· Experience managing agencies, sponsorships, partnerships, and marketing budgets.
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related discipline.
