About the Role

Love being on camera *and* obsessed with growth numbers? This role was made for you. We're hiring one marketing person to own the whole game — the storyteller in front of the camera and the operator behind the funnel. You won't inherit a marketing team, a playbook, or a committee. You'll build the engine yourself, ship fast, and watch your work directly move signups. You report straight to the founder, with real ownership and meaningful equity from day one.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of Flowmingo: Front our TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn video. Host, present, explain, entertain — turn "AI hiring" into content people actually stop scrolling for.
• Ship Short-Form Weekly: Script, shoot, and edit yourself (or direct it fast). You know hooks, pacing, and the algorithm.
• Run Growth Behind the Scenes: Own LinkedIn, cold and lifecycle email, funnels, and landing pages — from first touch to signup.
• Own the Numbers: Set up tracking, read it, and double down on what works. Your dashboard, your calls.
• Move 10x with AI: We're an AI company — you'll use AI tools for everything from scripting to sequencing, and you'll love it.

Qualifications

This is for you if you've built a real audience — a TikTok, a channel, a newsletter — *and* you've driven real marketing results with numbers to show. You're a natural on camera, you'd rather test five ideas this week than plan one for a quarter, and you want your name on a rocket instead of a slide deck. This is not for behind-the-scenes-only strategists who won't go on camera, on-camera personalities who can't run a funnel, or managers looking for a team to delegate to.

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive Startup Salary: You're early — you share the upside you help create.
• Work from Anywhere: Fully remote. We sync daily with the team in Vietnam (GMT+7), so timezone overlap is a must — SEA, India, and Australia are ideal.
• Total Creative Ownership: No brand police, no approval chains. You are the marketing department.
• Founder Access: Report directly to the founder. Decisions in hours, not quarters.
