7 to 10 years of hands-on QA/SDET experience in web product companies or BFSI technology teams. Minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright or Selenium WebDriver automation. Technical Skills - Must Have Test Automation Expert in Playwright; strong in Selenium WebDriver; CI/CD integration Programming TypeScript / JavaScript / Python - must be able to write, read, and review test code independently API Testing REST API testing (Postman, Supertest, or code-based); WebSocket and SSE testing Database MongoDB - writing validation queries, aggregation checks, document-level assertions Auth Testing OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows; Azure AD / MSAL login and token-based API testing Test Management JIRA for defect tracking; TestRail or similar for test case management; Confluence for documentation Agile/Scrum Active participation in sprint ceremonies - planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos Containers Docker - setting up and using local test environments Certifications (Preferred) Playwright / Selenium certification from a recognised training body is a plus.
