Hearing Australia is a trusted leader in our field. Working across the country, we exist to support and empower people through hearing health when and where they need it.

Your opportunity

As our Hearing Health Relations Manager (Business Development Manager), you’ll grow Hearing Australia’s referral network across NSW by building trusted relationships with GPs, allied health professionals and medical specialists. Combining strategic planning with hands-on engagement, you’ll use data, CRM insights and targeted initiatives to increase awareness, drive high-quality referrals and support sustainable client growth.

Here’s How You’ll Do It:

  • Build high-quality referral partnerships across GP, allied health and specialist networks.
  • Manage a NSW-based territory through regular onsite engagement, presentations and industry events that strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop targeted acquisition strategies, broker new partnerships and trial new referral engagement approaches.
  • Use CRM data, referral activity and conversion insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Build capability across external and internal teams to strengthen referral knowledge and engagement.

What You’ll Bring

We believe the successful candidate will be resilient and tenacious, with the ability to build trusted relationships that reflect the heart of our brand. You’ll bring:

  • Experience in B2B healthcare business development, lead generation or referral-based acquisition.
  • Strong relationships with GPs, allied health professionals, specialists and medical stakeholders.
  • Territory management skills, including planning, prioritising and delivering measurable growth across a dispersed portfolio.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, able to engage clinical audiences and deliver education sessions.
  • Consultative selling and influencing skills to shape referral behaviour and build partnerships.
  • Strategic and commercially minded, able to turn insights into practical growth plans.
  • Organised and data-driven, with experience using CRM, reporting tools and referral data to guide decisions.
  • Strong purpose alignment, with a commitment to improving access to hearing health services and client outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Sciences, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to undertake regional travel.

What matters most? It’s simple – your drive to help anyone and everyone who needs us. And you’ll see your role as a real responsibility and an incredible opportunity to make an impact on lives across the country.
