Roles & Responsibilities:-

Provide production and application support for Wealth Management systems, ensuring high system availability and performance.
Monitor production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues within SLA.
Manage incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL best practices.
Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and vendor teams for system upgrades, releases, and production deployments.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Support UAT, production rollouts, and business-as-usual (BAU) changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to maintain seamless system integrations and processing.
Participate in business continuity planning, disaster recovery exercises, and regional/global IT initiatives.
Provide technical support to business users and ensure timely issue resolution.

Skills & Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of application/production support experience in banking or financial services.
Experience supporting Wealth Management, Order Management, or Execution Management systems.
Strong knowledge of Oracle (19c), MS SQL Server, and SQL query writing.
Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
Understanding of financial products such as FX, Money Market, Equities, and Derivatives with front-to-back operational workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production support environment.

Preferred Skills:-

Experience with Avaloq Banking System or Avaloq Certification.
ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management processes.
Knowledge of FIX Protocol, market data, and financial models.
Exposure to cloud technologies, microservices, Python/Perl scripting, and advanced Excel.
Experience supporting enterprise banking applications in a production environment.
