We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team!
As An Events Coordinator, We Rely On You To
Prepare relevant external and internal documents
Handles incoming/outgoing inquiries and correspondence
Upkeep departmental filing and tracing systems
Provide clerical support to senior management
Assists to conduct hotel inspection and/or handle walk-in inquiry
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has a passion for providing support for department
Enjoys interacting with people
Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Preferably has hospitality-related work experience
Has strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and analytical skills
