Job Description
- Define and execute the organization's process technology strategy and roadmap
- Drive development and optimization of advanced semiconductor processes
- Lead customer-facing technical engagements and provide advisory at executive level
- Translate emerging technology trends into business and growth opportunities
- Partner with commercial teams on strategic bids and solution development
- Lead cross-functional programs from concept through implementation
- Build and mentor high-performing R&D and engineering teams
The Successful Applicant
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience within the semiconductor industry
- Strong expertise in process development or advanced manufacturing technologies
- Deep knowledge in areas such as plasma etch, CVD, PVD, epitaxy, or metrology
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex technology programs
- Strong track record in customer engagement and stakeholder influence
- Ability to connect technical innovation with commercial outcomes
