Perform Normal duty in NYP Site.
- To assist Building Engineer on coordinating with User and Contractor on site issue and work.
- To supervise Building Technician on daily SRC cases and closure of docket.
- To assist Engineer to submit Annex A and Quotation.
- To update PM Checklist, CMIS and HOTO
- To forward Annex A or source quotations for project works.
- To liaise with Trades Engineer / Technical Officer for project work.
- To liaise with contractor for measurement and work carry out.
- To carry out task given ( as and when ).
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education Qualification
Diploma in Building, Construction or Facilities Management
Relevant Experience
As a Technical Executive managing an estate with building knowledge.
To communicate with all levels.
To assist Engineer on daily work and submission of Annex A and Checklist.
Professional Knowledge/ Skills
Good in filing and documentation.
Able to write simple report.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
