What You’ll Do

Scaling and Operating a robust AWS platform:-

• Act as a technical lighthouse. You’ll join client reviews to explain why they should migrate to EKS, adopt Serverless, or rethink their Disaster Recovery strategy.
• Design, deploy, and maintain multi-tenant AWS environments using Terraform. You’ll ensure that "manual change" isn't in our vocabulary.
• Build and optimize deployment pipelines (GitLab CI) that allow our clients to ship code safely and frequently without waking you up at 3 AM.
• Identify repetitive operational tasks, from certificate renewals to environment provisioning, and write the Python or Go code to automate them away
• Implement "Observe-everything" stacks using Amazon CloudWatch, and Open Telemetry

Designing and Scaling the next generation of LLM workloads on AWS Bedrock

• Operationalize AWS Bedrock by managing model access, provisioning "Provisioned Throughput" for consistent performance.
• Deploy and maintain the "plumbing" for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector databases.
• Implement Bedrock Guardrails to enforce content filtering and PII masking, ensuring client AI applications stay within safety and compliance boundaries.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years deep familiarity with AWS products and services, including:

• Serverless architecture with Lambda, ECS and Fargate
• Expertise in cloud networking (security groups, WAF, ALBs, API Gateway, etc)
• Cloud governance with IAM roles and permissions
• Knowledge of AWS AI offerings including AWS Bedrock Agentcore, AWS Strands, and Bedrock KnowledgeBases
• Operational reporting and monitoring with CloudWatch and Open Telemetry
• Experience with IaC frameworks like Terraform and Cloud Formation
• Strong fundamentals in Linux, scripting, automation

• A technical online screening test where we do a baseline assessment of your problem solving skills
• Introductory and Cultural Assessment to make sure we are all on the same page in terms of our growth and career prospects.
• Technical Assessment to understand your technical competency assessed by our technical panel.
• Final Round to make sure the technicality is in balance with the aptitude and culture fit.
