You will be joining a strategic transformation programme for a Singapore industrial land agency, focused on Digital Build Environment and Energy & Sustainability. As an experienced Consultant, you will play a dual role — driving rigorous research and analysis while managing the day-to-day momentum of the workstream.
You will lead a small team of up to 6, working closely with senior client stakeholders and the Accenture delivery team to shape recommendations that influence the agency's long-term sustainability planning and digital build strategy.
Lead end-to-end business analysis across Digital Build Environment and Energy & Sustainability workstreams, from current-state diagnostics through to actionable recommendations
Drive sustainability planning initiatives, including energy transition strategies, carbon footprint analysis, and ESG reporting frameworks for industrial and built environment assets
Support the evaluation and adoption of a Connected Data Environment (C-DE) to improve information management, collaboration, and data flow across capital projects and stakeholders
Conduct analysis and develop recommendations on power grid optimisation, including demand forecasting, renewable energy integration, and energy efficiency across the agency's industrial estate
Contribute to land transport planning workstreams, assessing connectivity, mobility infrastructure, and future development scenarios in the context of the agency's master plan
Develop business cases, funding proposals, and investment frameworks for large-scale capital projects, incorporating scenario analysis, ROI assessment, and risk-adjusted recommendations
Translate complex analysis into clear, executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior client leadership, including C-suite and government officials
4–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or programme management, with a track record of leading small teams
Experience in one or more of the following domains: sustainability planning, capital projects, power grid optimisation, land transport planning, or digital build environment
Familiarity with Common Data Environment (C-DE) platforms and their application in construction or infrastructure project management
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to distil complexity into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
