Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure components and their interactions within enterprise environments.
- Experience in monitoring and managing network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve network-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies in a support environment.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to address complex technical challenges and implement solutions.
