As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and collaborating with different teams to maintain service reliability and efficiency throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
  • Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure components and their interactions within enterprise environments.
  • Experience in monitoring and managing network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve network-related issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies in a support environment.
  • Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to address complex technical challenges and implement solutions.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
