Your Role
This is a high-visibility role at the heart of Pelagus's growth. As a Technical Project Manager you will own our most complex, high-profile manufacturing programmes end-to-end and the strategic relationships that make them possible. You will be the driving force that turns ambitious, multi-partner projects into clear plans, well-managed risk and flawless, on-time delivery, while acting as the single source of truth to our customers.
You will also be the face of Pelagus to some of our most important stakeholders, including global OEMs, national institutions, government bodies and, with a strategic account management remit, you will build, protect and grow the trusted partnerships that underpin our future. What You'll Do
- Own our most strategic manufacturing programmes end-to-end, building multi-workstream plans and schedules and steering the critical path, key decision points and interdependencies across engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.
- Own and grow Pelagus' engagements with key government and industry bodies, representing Pelagus, managing joint industry programmes, reporting, and unlocking new opportunities.
- Act as strategic account manager for strategic project customers: be their trusted primary point of contact, deepen the relationship, and identify and develop opportunities to grow the partnership.
- Drive delivery across all workstreams through a clear action tracker, keeping momentum high and unblocking issues fast.
- Own project risk management: identify, assess, mitigate and track risks.
- Be the single source of truth to customers, leading calls, delivering crisp standardised reporting, capturing minutes, and running governance and change control.
- Manage production and demand planning against customer forecasts, balancing capacity, lead times, and technical readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams - engineering, quality, commercial and operations, and with customers and partners around the world.
- Support financial planning and reporting for your programmes, including budgets, forecasts and purchase order tracking.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly related to the Maritime and Oil & Gas sectors.
What You'll Bring

- Proven project management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment, to defined deadlines and budgets.
- The gravitas and relationship-building skills to represent Pelagus credibly with senior customer, government and institutional stakeholders, and a commercial, growth-oriented mindset that spots and develops opportunities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional international teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, a technical discipline, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or APM) preferred.
- Strong command of project planning and tracking tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, Gantt / planning software), and confidence building schedules, risk registers and action trackers.
- Proven ability to manage risk, critical path and change across concurrent projects, and to troubleshoot and unblock complex delivery challenges.
- Experience coordinating suppliers and vendors and supporting procurement or RFQ processes; account-management or business-development exposure an advantage.
- Knowledge of additive or on-demand manufacturing, and/or the Maritime or Oil & Gas sectors, a strong bonus.
- Knowledge of quality management systems in relevant industries is advantageous.
Location & Travel
Based in our Singapore, you'll report directly to the VP-Engineering. Occasional travel will be required to visit our manufacturing sites, customer facilities, and industry events, giving you the chance to see the impact of your work firsthand, and to represent Pelagus where it counts.
