Our client is expanding its Production Services capability in Hong Kong and is establishing a dedicated
24x7 Control-M Operations team to support critical Group Systems across the region.
Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting enterprise scheduling platforms, onboarding new applications, and contributing to a major workload automation transformation programme planned for the near future.
Control-M Operations & Support
- Create, maintain, and optimize Control-M job schedules for newly developed systems and applications.
- Manage and monitor batch processing workloads to ensure successful execution of critical business processes.
- Perform Control-M administration, configuration, and environment setup activities.
- Support day-to-day production operations and troubleshoot scheduling-related incidents.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and project teams to onboard new workloads into Control-M.
- Ensure schedules, dependencies, and batch workflows are accurately documented and maintained.
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
Project & Transformation Activities
- Support business-as-usual (BAU) and project-related Control-M activities during the initial phase.
- Work closely with regional teams in Singapore to establish and mature the Hong Kong capability.
- Contribute to the planned migration from Control-M to HCL Workload Scheduler (formerly IBM Workload Scheduler).
- Support migration testing, implementation, and post-migration operational activities.
