Provide support and administration for Active Directory services, ADFS, DFS, and SFTP.
Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows systems (2008/2012/2016) in hybrid environments.
Manage day-to-day operational issues, monitoring, and problem resolution across Windows client/server/storage/mobile devices.
Administer and optimize VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, vCenter Management Suite, Site Recovery Manager, VRA, VROPS, VRNI, and vRealize Log Insight.
Install, configure, and manage x86 server and converged infrastructure technologies (HP, Dell, HP SIM).
Support basic administration of storage platforms (NetApp, EMC, IBM, etc.).
Perform installation, configuration, and administration of components in large VMware environments following best practices.
Design and manage VM templates, ensuring proper right-sizing using vCenter Operations Manager.
Administer Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, File/Print services, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, and RDS.
Develop, design, and implement patch management systems (WSUS, SMS, SCCM, VMware Update Manager).
Plan and implement VMware DRS, HA, Fault Tolerance, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity solutions.
Support cloud integration with in-depth knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, ELB, Auto-scaling, etc.).
Assess client workloads and develop cloud adoption roadmaps and business cases.
Install, configure, and manage Nutanix nodes including IPMI setup, AOS installation, Prism monitoring, and DR/backup integration.
Configure VMware clusters in Nutanix and patch ESXi hosts in Nutanix VMware clusters.
Perform applications management in Prism Central.
Ensure system integration, performance, and reliability across platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Minimum of 6+ years in IT infrastructure with strong background in architecting, implementing, and managing Windows and VMware environments.
Strong technical expertise in Active Directory, ADFS, DFS, SFTP Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) administration in hybrid setups
In-depth knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning for both physical and virtual machines.
Strong knowledge of networking and storage concepts from a Windows/Platform perspective.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate across teams and interface with customers.
Ability to assess environments and design world-class infrastructure solutions leveraging best practices.

Preferred Qualifications –
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
At least Six (6+) years of information technology work experience and experience architecting, implementing, and/or managing virtual infrastructure environments
