Roles And Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming visitors to create a positive first impression
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is always neat and professional
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use
  • Attend to clients, serve refreshments, and inform relevant personnel of visitors arrival
  • Handle daily distribution of mails, reports, and internal documents to respective departments
  • Arrange courier services for local and overseas documents, parcels, and stamps
  • Make lunch, dinner, and transport reservations as required
  • Order name cards and manage pantry supplies, ensuring adequate stock of refreshments and necessities
  • Provide corporate mobile administration support and reporting
  • Assist with charter party documentation
  • Support Fire Warden and First Aid coordination duties
  • Manage access cards, face recognition system registration, and lunch access setup
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Professional and service-oriented
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1–2 years of receptionist or customer service experience
