Work Scope
- Must be familiar with Temporary Job Scheme (TJS) for Special pass holder job placement.
- PMET & general staffing - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels/postings.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their job requirements and preferred candidate profiles
- Set and communicate realistic expectations to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively source and nurture a steady stream of job orders and recruitment leads to accelerate hiring outcomes.
Requirement
Must be self motivated and target driven (Basic Pay + Commission)
Resourceful & Teamwork
CEI Certification (Comprehensive) required
