Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accounts Assistant to support daily operations by handling client matters, administrative duties, staff scheduling, payroll, and basic accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director to manage client matters according to instructions
- Coordinate client communications and perform general administrative tasks to support operations
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- Calculate basic payroll accurately to support timely employee compensation
- Perform simple accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and bookkeeping to maintain financial records
- Participate in training sessions to develop job-related skills and knowledge
