Develop materials planning strategies to align with project timelines and business needs.
Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of materials.
Manage supplier relationships to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Ensure efficient inventory management and stock accuracy to prevent shortages or excess.
Optimize logistics and delivery schedules for smooth and timely project completion.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for transportation and distribution.
Maintain warehouse operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Project Engineering, Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, Service and Response, Quality, and Compliance teams to align supply chain activities meeting business and company’s goal.
Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring material readiness.
Provide proactive solutions to mitigate supply chain risks impacting project deadlines.
KPI Setting & Management Reporting
Establish clear KPIs for procurement efficiency, supplier performance, inventory turnover, delivery and timely project management.
Develop regular management reports with actionable insights on supply chain performance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost savings, efficiency and supply chain resilience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field or 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the Data Centre industry.
Strong skills in supplier negotiation, ERP/MRP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in risk management and process optimization.
