SGD $28,000 to $30,000 Monthly
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre projects with full accountability for CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) scope.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including CSA consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical leadership on CSA design, ensuring compliance with data centre standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimise cost, efficiency, and constructibility.
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth approvals and project alignment.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Lead procurement strategy and oversee contract administration for CSA packages.
- Mentor and develop project teams, ensuring high performance and capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CSA roles, with proven track record in data centre project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of CSA design, construction methodologies, and data centre standards (Tier III/IV preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale, complex projects and teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
