Job Description

The key responsibilities include:

Establishing if the policy is engaged and evaluate the liability against our policyholder
Ascertain, verify and assess the damages
To negotiate settlement that is in the best interest of the parties
To be vigilant and escalate suspicious case for further investigation
Liaise with our policyholder to defend our position, if any.

Qualifications

Degree/ Diploma holder in any field
Candidates with insurance certifications BCP, PGI, ComGI preferred
Have 1 to 2 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity preferred
Have good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
